I’m so excited to share something really special with you today — my brand-new Felting Kit, lovingly put together to invite you into the creative world I’m so passionate about. After nearly two decades of working with wool in my small Yorkshire studio, I wanted to create a way to share not just finished pieces, but the whole magic of the felting process itself.
Felting, to me, is more than just a craft. It’s a slow, mindful journey of discovery — working with fibres, colours, and textures to create something beautiful and unique. It’s a practice that encourages patience, experimentation, and the joy of making with your hands.
Why I Created This Kit
Over the years, many people have asked me how to start felting or where to find inspiring materials. I realized there wasn’t a kit out there quite like the one I wanted — one that encourages playful exploration rather than perfection. So, I gathered my favourite fibres, including Merino, Corriedale, Alpaca, Silk, and Hemp, and created five sheets of my own hand-dyed pre-felt with subtle, beautiful colour gradients.
This kit is about pure creative freedom. I want you to feel the joy of mixing fibres, layering colours, and playing with textures without any pressure or rules. Whether you’re new to felting or have been at it for years, this kit offers you the tools and inspiration to dive into your own woolly adventure.
