Frequently asked questions and the answers 

How long will it take for me to receive my item?

Each item takes different times to create, please see each listing for dispatch time. If you need something urgently please contact me on the contact page and I'll see what I can do 9 times out of 10 something can be worked out. 

What make you different as a brand? 

I believe in great customer service it’s part of my brand and ethos. In retail I find this is rare esp with larger companies. Whenever I receive good customer service I have a great day if I don’t it can spoil it. Often because of the nature of my work customers come to me and buy for more reasons than just a purchase, often the gift is personal or for a wedding or for themselves, whatever the reason I want to be there helping them through the purchase with kindness and understanding so the can receive their item and feel happy with the experience.

Do you do custom orders?

I do! and I enjoy them very much. I get lots of requests, please don’t think your ideas are too out there, just ask and see if it’s possible. You may want a slightly different design, different colours, size or need the item gift wrapping or to add a personal message, again please ask, happy to help.

Do you do discount for bulk orders?

I do discounts for shops (please see my wholesale section) and for individual customers I do offers if you would like ten items or more, mainly on the pressed flower candle holders and felted soaps but please do ask about other products, people find this very handy for Christmas shopping.  

Do you do wholesale?

Absolutely, please contact me and I can send you out a catalogue with wholesale prices.
